INSPIRED Ice Cream is infused with music, dance, laughter and a general zest for vibrant living! Each flavor, inspired by life, is made with a unique blend of nuts, fruits, essential oils, herbs, flowers and other natural ingredients. All flavors are dairy free and free of granulated sugar. Flavors are sweetened with fruit, agave nectar, maple syrup and/or honey. Organic and locally gathered ingredients are used whenever possible. 10% of profits are donated to local charities and community programs.

Asked about her influnces, Karen says, “Life. These flavors come to me in dreams, at concerts, on walks… The more I choose joy in my life the more open I am to feeling and allowing these inspirations to flow through me.
