Karen invites people to feel joy & transformation in their body through laughter. She inspires our future leaders as a Laughter Yoga Instructor at Salt Lake Community College (see video below on Laugher Yoga). She also facilitates Whole Body Laughter classes & playshops for corporations, government agencies, medical facilities, conferences & the general public. As a comedienne Karen especially enjoys performing improv. She has created characters, like BERNIE (the Jamaican talk show host) to speak to issues of our time and spotlight everyday situations in ways that uncover the humorous side of life. Karen wants to inspire joyful living. She encourages the use of laughter to clear space and the illusion of obstacles to increase wellness in our bodies and productivity in our lives. Her shows, classes & playshops are influenced by her study of laughter as a transformative art. She is currently a student at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and of Dr. Madan Kataria.
