Suzanne is a certified personal trainer who describes her style as “functional fitness”. She specializes in creating personalized, fun, challenging workouts which focus on a combination of weight training and cardiovascular exercise for optimum results. She emphasizes utilizing your core muscles for maximum agility in your every day activities. Her specially designed, ever changing workouts help you challenge your own body as she helps guide you to listen to your body and work within your own parameters to create your best body.

Suzanne wants people to feel empowered, motivated and energized about their physical fitness. She also wants people to become more aware of their bodies, learn to listen, and honor themselves and what their bodies need physically and nutritionally.

Suzanne LOVES seeing clients challenge themselves beyond what they think they can do physically. She loves their new found confidence in the way they move and look because of adding physical activity as a priority in their life. By learning to understand and honor their bodies, her clients tap into their inner core strength. Beyond the positive changes physically that occurs with her clients, she loves seeing the emotional changes as well. Physical movement brings up emotion in people, transitions (like starting new exercise patters or a new way of eating) brings up old patterns and fears. Suzanne loves supporting her clients through that process so they can find their power and strength in their journey to find THEIR BEST BODY.
My training style is a culmination of seven years of learning what works for clients. I combine functional fitness, interval training, and traditional weight training in creative ways. As my client, you will never to the same work out twice!! Additionally, I offer hands on knowledge of nutrition. I guide you to finding the types of foods that fit your body’s needs. I monitor and track your results and work one on one with you.
She is certified through 24 Hour Fitness and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has been training clients for 7 years.
Depending on the service offered, Suzanne is open to discussing trade with other geniuses in the community.
